This paper describes project management methodology Project in Controlled Environment (PRINCE2) largely used and implemented worldwide. NATO organizations have been performing projects with different scale and size. To support these demanding tasks and provide managers at all levels with effective tool PRINCE2 as the project management methodology has been chosen based on many years of experience with project management in NATO organizations.
